Port of Portland Executive Receives Exceptional Rating and Raise by Alex Pulaski The Oregonian, August 8, 2007

Port of Portland Executive Director Bill Wyatt was given a 7 percent raise Wednesday, making his annual pay $277,286.

Judi Johansen, the Port commission's president (bluefish adds: and past administrator of the Bonneville Power Administration), announced the raise at the commission's regular meeting. Johansen and three other commissioners set the annual pay raise.

Wyatt was also given an "exceptional" rating in his annual performance review, which will earn him a bonus of as much as 10 percent.
