RICHLAND, WA - For years heated debate has focused on taking out the four lower Snake River dams and other obstructions to salmon habitat in the Pacific Northwest. But now, Washington officials are looking seriously at building more dams. The state is studying a handful of sites mainly in Eastern Washington for more water storage. KPLU'S Richland Correspondent Anna King explains.
